Data deletion

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp that uses an application built by Gryff and want your data deleted, you have two options.

How to request it

  1. 1.Ask that business directly, since it is the controller of your data.
  2. 2.Write to us at hola@gryff.com.ar with the subject "Data deletion", including your phone number and the name of the business.

Timelines

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for data the business must keep by legal obligation, such as billing records or medical records.
