Terms of service

We provide an application to handle WhatsApp conversations, schedule appointments and manage customer relationships. The scope, timelines and price of each project are agreed in writing with each business.

The client business connects its own WhatsApp Business account and is its owner. It agrees to comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, to message only people who have given their consent, and not to send misleading, illegal or unsolicited content. Meta’s messaging charges are paid by the client business directly to Meta.

The application may reply automatically using artificial intelligence. It does not replace professional judgment: it does not diagnose or prescribe treatments, and it hands off to a person any inquiry that requires one.

The data entered into the system belongs to the client business, which can export it at any time. Processing is governed by our Privacy policy.

We do our best to keep the service available and working correctly, but it depends on third parties such as Meta and Cloudflare, whose outages are beyond our control.
